"Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Boomcast⚠️ I had an extremely negative experience with Boomcast and would strongly advise parents to be cautious. I received multiple appointment and “special” messages asking me to visit their office with my daughter for an audition and claiming that everything will be free inspite asking the same thing multiple times. Based on these confirmations, we went to the location on time. However, when we reached there, no one was available. We were made to wait for nearly 3 hours, only to be told later that there was a “miscommunication” from their side. There was no apology or accountability for wasting our time, especially with a child involved. After the long wait, we were asked to pay ₹200 for the audition. They took just 2–3 random pictures of my daughter, no proper audition, no interaction to understand her skills, confidence, or suitability. Then we were made to wait again for about 15 minutes for a so-called “review meeting.” Instead of giving any genuine feedback about my child—her strengths, areas of improvement, or what would be best for her—the conversation was completely sales-driven. The representative started aggressively pitching very expensive packages, showing someone else’s portfolio and trying to convince us that paying for their package would guarantee shoots. There was no discussion about my child’s talent, personality, or potential, only continuous pressure and brainwashing tactics focused on money. It felt more like a marketing trap than a professional casting or talent platform. Overall, the experience was highly unprofessional, misleading, and stressful. Parents go to such places with hope and trust for their children, but Boomcast seems more interested in selling overpriced packages rather than genuinely nurturing talent. Time wasted, money wasted, and trust broken."

"I requested a callback via Instagram, hence received a call and have been asked to share the pictures of my child over WhatsApp and I did the same. After a while, a confirmation has been given of her selection. I have been asked to visit their office. I kept asking over the call if there is any charges for same, I have been assured that there is no charges apart from registration of rs 200. As soon as I reached with my family, I felt something suspicious about the building as it was under construction and the office was on the top floor. Somehow, we entered the floor and saw few families with their kids. The receptionist asked for Rs 200 to be deposited in some non-merchant account via upi and to fill the registration form. In the meantime, I saw two policemen who have entered the floor and were looking for someone. I again got dubious about the place. Then I have been called out along with my kid, and a quick interview session held and 2 photos of her were clicked. They said that your kid is already a model. Afterwards, we have been asked to sit in the cabin and the next person will assist us with the further process. Again, a red flag for me. After waiting for almost 15 minutes, a lady has joined us and started pitching for subscriptions of worth 25k+ GST. I simply told them that the model is going to bring a business to your agency, they why are you asking for upfront money. She started beating around the bush and tried pitching for easy instalment plans. I have shown no interest and walked out from the office and sharing my experience here. It’s completely a scam agency and no modelling agency asks for any upfront money. They are supposed to make all the arrangements for the models present and charge their client for the same."

"This place is an absolute FRAUD and is running a well-planned scam. I am shocked at how openly and shamelessly they have been cheating parents for so long. We received a call from their agent Diksha, claiming our child was “selected” for a photo shoot. We clearly asked multiple times if there were any hidden charges, and every single time they lied and said NO. That itself shows their dishonest intention. After reaching there, they immediately asked for rs200, which they had conveyed us before “forgotten” to highlight earlier. Then, during the so-called shoot, a woman walked in and started a disgusting sales pitch to a mother(my wife) of a 1-year-old child, demanding 31,000 + GST for online dance and grooming classes. Imagine the audacity—without even showing a single photo of 1 year old child, they started pushing dance classes for a baby. When we refused, they kept harassing us, repeatedly begging and pressuring us to enroll in offline classes. They would not take NO for an answer. The entire time we were there, it felt like we were trapped in a room full of desperate sales agents, not a professional studio. To make matters worse, the place is located on the 4th floor of an under-construction building with NO LIFT. Completely unsafe and highly inconvenient for parents with infants. In the lobby, they play videos about “confidence” and “grooming kids,” which is laughable because the people working there lack basic confidence, communication skills, and professionalism. Frankly, they need grooming themselves before trying to sell it to others. This was a total waste of time, mentally exhausting, and clearly designed to emotionally manipulate parents into paying money. Their entire business model is built on lying, pressure tactics, and exploiting parents’ emotions. ⚠️ Parents, please stay away. Do not fall for this scam. ⚠️"

We were made to wait almost 4 hours and later told it was due to “miscommunication.” There was no lift, and we had to walk up to the 4th floor (under construction building) with a child, which was extremely inconvenient. The office was also very tacky. They charged ₹200 for an audition, took just 2–3 photos, and called it an audition. The “review” had nothing to do with my child’s abilities. Instead, we were pushed to buy a ₹25,000 package, shown someone else’s portfolio, and pressured with promises of shoots. Overall, the experience felt misleading, money-driven, and unprofessional. Would not recommend, especially for parents."
